How to integrate with Intercom

Important In order to complete this configuration, you'll need to be logged into Calibris as an administrator and to be logged into Intercom as an Intercom administrator/account owner

Step 1

You'll need to be logged into Calibris as an administrator to access the integration menu

In the Administration menu, locate the Integrations section and click on Catalog.

Localize the card Intercom and use the connect button to be re-directed to Intercom to authenticate.

Step 2

You must log in to Intercom as an administrator or Intercom account owner to authorize integration.

When you are redirected to the Intercom site, you will need to authenticate yourself with your Intercom administrator credentials, if you were not already authenticated.

You'll then see an information page like the one below, confirming that Calibris wishes to access your Intercom workspace, and displaying the requested grants.

Simply click on Authorize access

Step 3

You'll be redirected to Calibris. It's that simple.

You can now take advantage of your Intercom's integration with Calibris, search for your conversations, view or evaluate some of them, all through Calibris.
