How to integrate with Genesys Cloud CX

Important In order to complete this configuration, you'll need to be logged into Calibris as an administrator and to be logged into Genesys Cloud as a Genesys administrator/account owner

Step 1

You'll need to be logged into Calibris as an administrator to access the integration menu

In the Administration menu, locate the Integrations section and click on Catalog.

Localize the card Genesys and use the connect button to be re-directed to Genesys Cloud to authenticate.

Step 2

You must log in to Genesys Cloud as an administrator or account owner to authorize integration.

When you are redirected to the Genesys Cloud site, you will need to authenticate yourself with your Genesys administrator credentials, if you were not already authenticated.

An information page may then appear, confirming that Calibris wishes to access your Genesys Cloud organization. All you have to do is confirm.

Step 3

You'll be redirected to Calibris. It's that simple.

You can now take advantage of your Genesys's integration with Calibris, pull in your interactions across every channel, and evaluate them, all through Calibris.
