How to integrate with Zendesk

Important In order to complete this configuration, you'll need to be logged into Calibris as an administrator and to be logged into Zendesk as a Zendesk administrator/account owner

Step 1

You'll need to be logged into Calibris as an administrator to access the integration menu

In the Administration menu, locate the Integrations section and click on Catalog.

Localize the card Zendesk and use the connect button to be re-directed to Zendesk to authenticate.

Step 2

You must log in to Zendesk as an administrator or Zendesk account owner to authorize integration.

When you are redirected to the Zendesk site, you will need to authenticate yourself with your Zendesk administrator credentials, if you were not already authenticated.

An information page may then appear, confirming that Calibris wishes to access your Zendesk workspace. All you have to do is confirm.

Step 3

You'll be redirected to Calibris. It's that simple.

You can now take advantage of your Zendesk's integration with Calibris, search for your tickets, view or evaluate some of them, all through Calibris.
